2010 Charity Shoot
Grandparents Raising Grandchildren ~ Breakfast with Santa Promotion
White Mountain Archers gathered for a great cause during the 2010 Charity Shoot! Christmas gifts were provided for 37 grandchildren this year. Each child received a special game or toy from Santa at the Christmas Party. If they were unable to attend their gift was delivered on Christmas morning! Each grandparent was able to share the gift of a warm winter coat, hat, gloves, snowboots and a special outfit.
Sweetwater County has 657 households raising grandchildren. Add 425 grandparents responsible for meeting the basic needs of grandchildren. Twenty-three grandparents receive $195.00 per month for grandchildren. Thank you to all of you that particpated in this great cause!
