2011 Charity Shoot
Grandparents Raising Grandchildren ~ Breakfast with Santa Promotion
White Mountain Archers gathered for a great cause during the 2011 Charity Shoot! Christmas gifts were provided for 15 grandchildren this year. Each child received a special toy from Santa at the Christmas Party. Each grandparent was able to share the gift of a warm winter coat, hat, gloves, and snowboots.
This year local businesses and organizations donated $1710.00. $700 of this was from White Mountain Archers.
Sweetwater County has 657 households raising grandchildren. Add 425 grandparents responsible for meeting the basic needs of grandchildren. Twenty-three grandparents receive $195.00 per month for grandchildren. Thank you to all of you that particpated in this great cause!
